About me
Hello!
My name is Adria Beasley and currently I live in Naples, Italy. I teach private lessons on clarinet, flute, violin, and piano. I have a bachelor's degree in music education from Florida State University. My primary instrument is clarinet, but I have had classes and private instruction on the other instruments I offer. I have been in music for 14 years and have pursued solo performing as well as ensemble performing throughout middle school, high school, and college. Ensembles performed in include orchestras, wind bands, and smaller chamber music groups. I have taught privately and publically students aged 3 to 18. My first language is English, but since getting here I have studied Italian and consider myself semi-fluent. I have references that can be given upon request. I immensely enjoy teaching and would love to have you join my studio!
Goals
Listed here are goals we will work towards together in each lesson based on the individual student's age and competency level:

Services and Pricing
Based on my comfort and skill levels, I teach ALL ages on clarinet, flute, and violin. I only teach ages 4-10 on piano (for now!). Lessons can be however frequent you'd like, but normally they are once a week for an hour at a time. (Younger-aged learners may require an adjustment in the length of the lesson.) I am flexible on time and location of the lesson. Upon beginning lessons, I require at least a month's commitment (4 lessons) so that we can get used to each other, the instrument, and truly explore if it is a good fit.
Clarinet... $40/hour
Flute... $30/hour
Violin... $30/hour
Piano... $30/hour
Instrument Rental
I have recently tried to find a music shop to rent instruments through for my students, and have been unsuccesful. Therefore, I have decided to rent out instruments that I buy from my local music store. If you would like to take up clarinet, flute, or violin, it will be $20 a month or $50 for 3 months as well as a $30 down payment. If "renting to own" is something you are interested in, let me know and we can work this out! If you do not have a piano, rental/purchase is NOT necessary as I have one in my home.
